Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) & Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADI-R)

Our ADOS and ADI-R assessments provide gold-standard evaluations for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis, combining structured observations and in-depth caregiver interviews. These tools ensure accurate and comprehensive understanding of an individual’s social, communication, and behavioral patterns and may be used to help individuals access OPWDD, OMH, Medicaid, ACCES-VR and other state and federal programs. ​

Comprehensive Adaptive Functioning Assessments (VABS-3):

​Using the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, Third Edition (VABS-3), we assess daily living skills, communication, and socialization to understand an individual’s ability to function independently. These evaluations support targeted interventions and tailored support strategies for children and adults with diverse needs.

 Social Development Histories

Our social development histories provide a detailed exploration of an individual’s early and ongoing social behaviors, relationships, and milestones. This information is critical for contextualizing diagnostic findings, creating personalized support plans, and helping individuals access state/federal services.​

Our autism specialty reports deliver in-depth analyses, integrating assessment findings, developmental history, and expert recommendations. These comprehensive documents serve as valuable resources for families, educators, and clinicians to guide care and interventions effectively.

 Transition Consultation Services

We provide in depth, expert consultation to individuals and families who are looking for guidance in navigating all areas of transition from K-12 to the post secondary education/trade, adult services and workforce settings. This includes assistance with accessing adult services via OPWDD, OMH, Medicaid, ACCES-VR and other state and federal programs.  ​
